3. The machine features an aesthetically pleasing, robust, and stable overall structure. The base is welded from 16mm-thick steel plates and equipped with a 35-line linear slider. The guide rail surfaces and motor mounting surfaces are precisely machined in one operation using a CNC gantry milling machine.4. A specially designed bucket-delivery mechanism ensures stable and reliable bucket feeding.
5. The two heads on the bottom-sealing machine are independently controlled, equipped with dual hydraulic valves and dual oil pumps for stable oil pressure. Each head can be started individually. The machine features a material shortage detection function; if there is no bottom plate in the bucket, the machine will automatically stop sealing the bucket bottom.
6. Number of operators: 1 person.
